Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cannellini beans
  2. Onion : 1
  3. Tomato : 1
  4. Curry leaves
  5. Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
  6. Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala : 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt
  9. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds : 1/2 tsp
  11. Oil : 2 tsp
  12. For Coconut Paste
  13. Grated coconut ; 3 tsp
  14. fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Steam cook the Cannellini beans 5 min over medium flame and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, saute mustard seed, cumin seeds.Let them crackle for a minute and add onion saute for 2 min.
  3. Add tomato, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, curry leaves and keep saute to 2 min.
  4. Add some water and cook for 3 mins.
  5. Add boiled Cannellini beans, salt mix well and cook for 5 min
  6. Add coconut paste and keep saute for 2 min.
