Two Pooris and leftover Potato masala is makeover to a yummy Quiche. Few florets of cauliflower,an egg and basic short bread recipe turned to a yummy dish.

Leftover pooris 2
Leftover potato masala 1 cup
Onion 1
Cauliflower florets 1 fistful
Egg 1
Coriander leaves 1 fistful
Pepper powder half teaspoon
Sweet chilli sauce 3 tablespoons
Oil 2 teaspoon
For Quiche crust
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Butter 30 grams
Salt 2 pinch
Ice cold water 2 tbsp
Instructions
Leftovers get a makeover... It's Poori and potato masala.
Heat oil in a Kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute for a minute.
Add boiled cauliflower florets. Sprinkle pepper powder to it and saute well.
Now add leftover potato masalas to it and mix well.
Add sweet chilli sauce to the leftover potato masala.
For Quiche crust.
Cut leftover pooris into pieces.
In a bowl add all purpose flour, water,salt and Poori pieces.
Sprinkle 2 teaspoon of ice cold water and rub it into crumbly texture.
Spoon in Poori Quiche crumbly mixture in a silicon mould .Press well according to the shape of the mould.
Bake the Poori Quiche shell for 10 minutes .
After baking let it cool.
Spoon in cooled potato cauliflower masala into the Quiche shell.
Beat egg with pepper powder and add on top of the masala mixture. Sprinkle coriander leaves.
Again bake for 10 minutes till it is well baked.
Poori Potato Masala Quiche is ready to consume. Garnish it with coriander leaves and tomato sauce.
