Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes 2nos.
  2. Carrot cubes 1/2cup.
  3. Pea 1/2cup.
  4. Capsicum cubes 1/2cup.
  5. French bean (cut into small pieces )1/4cup.
  6. Chopped coriander larves 1/2 cup.
  7. Chopped green chillies 4
  8. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon.
  9. Chat masala powder 1tea spoon.
  10. Roasted cumin powder 1table spoon.
  11. Black pepper powder 1tea spoon.
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Bread crumbs as required.

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes till soft.
  2. Blanch carrot,beans ,peas and capcicum for 1minute ,drain and keep adide.
  3. Peal and mash potatoes,also mash vegetables.
  4. Add vegetables,coriander leaves,green chillies ,all spices and salt.mix well.
  5. Add some bread crumbs to bind the kebabs.
  6. Divide into four parts .make cylender like shape of each part.
  7. Arrange in wooden skewers each cylender.
  8. Heat a non stick fry pan.you may use a dosa pan also.put 2drops of oil on pan and wipe with kitchen towel.
  9. Arrange kebabs on pan and grill on low to medium flame till golden in colour.
  10. Grill all side evenly.
  11. Serve with chutney /sauce.
