Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl turdal,
  2. 1/2 bowl moongdal,
  3. 1 onion chopped,
  4. 2 green chilies chopped,
  5. Salt,
  6. 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  7. Haldi,
  8. 1 tsp gram masala pd,
  9. Oil,
  10. Pinch of hing,
  11. 1 tsp cumin seeds,
  12. 1/2 mustard seeds,
  13. Handful of coriander leave's
  14. #FR_DOUGH
  15. 1 bowl wheat flour,
  16. 4 tsp semolina,
  17. Salt,
  18. 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  19. 2 tsp oil
  20. #FR_STUFFING
  21. 4 boiled n mashed potatoes,
  22. 2 onion's finely chopped,
  23. 2 green chilies chopped,
  24. 3 spring onions chopped,
  25. Handful of coriander leave's
  26. Oil
  27. Salt

Instructions

  1. Boil dal with salt n haldi in cooker till 2/3 whistle, .
  2. In pan put oil add zeera, raie when it Crackle's add Onion's saute till transulent.
  3. Add green chilies saute.
  4. Add tomatoes, red chilly powder gram masala saute till it leaves oil add to dal done
  5. POTATO STUFFED BATTI. Mix all ingredients make a dough keep aside fr 10 min
  6. Make small balls, keep water in pan to boil n keep a steel net on it
  7. In another bowl mix mix all ingredients of stuffing
  8. Keep the bati on net to steam.
  9. When it's color is changed it's ready remove from net n cool it.
  10. In kadhai add oil heat Deep fry them in batches till golden brown on slow flame
