Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gm wheat flour
  2. 200 gm butter for dough
  3. Warm water 1 cup
  4. Salt
  5. Ajwaine 1 tbsp
  6. For daal:-
  7. Mix panchbhel dal 1 cup
  8. Red chilli powder 2tbsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
  10. Salt
  11. GARAM MASALA 1 TBSP
  12. Ilaichi 2
  13. Cloves 2
  14. Green Chilli 4
  15. Tomato 2
  16. Corriender
  17. For churma:-
  18. 100 gm ghee for fry bati
  19. Boora or powder sugar as possible
  20. Almonds chopped
  21. Kesar pista 2 tbsp
  22. Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Knead a dough with flour, butter, salt and water.
  2. For daal :- Boil the soaked dal.
  3. Heat a pan Add butter then a pinch of hing &all spices , add daal in it
  4. For churma:-
  5. Make a small balls out of the dough .You can fill almonds (chopped) in it.
  6. Boil water add balls for 8 min
  7. Strain and cool them.
  8. Add butter in kadahi to fry the balls.
  9. Crush the fried balls with your palms, then add 4 tbsp of butter and nuts. Serve with the dal.
