Instructions
For churma
First take flour in big vessel.add little water and make bread crumbs. Sieve it by chalni. I use rava chalni for it. Because of it I got grainy flour. Now add oil and mix well. Don't rub this dough too much. Use by soft hand.
Make big ladoos from loose hand . Don't make too tightly .
Roast them in oven till it became brown from all sides in low flame.
Take out roasted ladoos in a vessel and break them and rub with both hands to make powder. Don't use mixer now.
Sieve this mixer from rava chalni.
At last you will get hard pieces which we can't break with hands...We will grind it in mixer.
Roast this mixture for 1 min. Don't roast over otherwise it will become chewy.
Add melted ghee.
Add sugar and all dry fruits and cardamom powder. Make small ladoos from this mixture.
We will add ghee till we can make ladoos from the mixture.
Ladoos are ready.
