2.take bati ingredients wheat flour gram flour ghee n salt in a bowl to knead a tight dough. Keep the dough for 30 minuts rest. 3.take green chatni ingredients wash coriander leaves . Put it into a mixer jaar add all the ingredients n grind to a fine paste. 4. Take tomato chatni ingredients chop tomato onion n chilli saperatly. Haet oil in a work. Put cuminseeeds chilii chopped onion n tomata stir n cover it. Stir time to time till it becomes thik . Add salt chilli powder garam masala n chopped coriander. 5.cook dals in a pressure cooker for 15 minuts adding salt n turmeric. Add coriander powder mango powder garam masala. 6. Heat bati cooker. Make palm sized flatten bolls by rolling on palms Roast in bati cooker . 7. Take ingredients of churma n knead it to a tight dough. Make bolls n roast in bati cooker. As the bati roasts dip into a bowl of ghee. Now crush the churma bolls in mixer to a fine powder. Heat a work put ghee n fry churma for 5 minuts . Off the flame Add almonds cashew chopped powdered suger cardamom powder in it . At the time of serving heat ghee for daal add asafoetide cuminseeds red chilli powder n sprinkle on dal.
