Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Batti
  2. Wheat flour 3 cups
  3. Gram flour 1/2cup
  4. Ghee 2 cups for soaking
  5. Ghee 1 table spoon for dough
  6. Salt 1 tea spoon
  7. For daal
  8. Black gram dal 2 table spoon
  9. Green gram dal 2 table spoon
  10. Tuar dal 2 table spoon
  11. Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
  12. Salt 1 tea spoon
  13. Garam masala 1 tea spoon
  14. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  15. Mango powder 1/2 tea spoon
  16. Cuminseeds 1/2tea spoon
  17. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  18. Ghee 2 table spoon
  19. For churma
  20. Wheat flour 1 cup
  21. Ghee 1table spoon for dough
  22. Ghee 2 table spoon for fring
  23. Powdered suger 1 cup
  24. Almonds 5
  25. Cashew 5
  26. Cardamom powder 1/2tea spoon
  27. Milk 1/2 glass
  28. Tomato chatni
  29. Tomato 6 numbers
  30. Onion 2 numbers
  31. Green chilli 3 numbers
  32. Oil 2 table spoon
  33. Cuminseeds 1/2 tea spoon
  34. Salt 3/4 tea spoon
  35. Chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
  36. Coriander leaves 1 handful chopped
  37. garam masala 1/2 tea spoon
  38. Green chatni
  39. Coriander leaver 2 cups
  40. Salt 1/2tea spoon
  41. Green chilli 3 numbers
  42. Asafoetide 2 pinch
  43. Black salt 1/4 tea spoon
  44. Lemon juice 2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. 1.wash n soak tuar dal green gr dal n black gram dal for 1 hour.
  2. 2.take bati ingredients wheat flour gram flour ghee n salt in a bowl to knead a tight dough. Keep the dough for 30 minuts rest. 3.take green chatni ingredients wash coriander leaves . Put it into a mixer jaar add all the ingredients n grind to a fine paste. 4. Take tomato chatni ingredients chop tomato onion n chilli saperatly. Haet oil in a work. Put cuminseeeds chilii chopped onion n tomata stir n cover it. Stir time to time till it becomes thik . Add salt chilli powder garam masala n chopped coriander. 5.cook dals in a pressure cooker for 15 minuts adding salt n turmeric. Add coriander powder mango powder garam masala. 6. Heat bati cooker. Make palm sized flatten bolls by rolling on palms Roast in bati cooker . 7. Take ingredients of churma n knead it to a tight dough. Make bolls n roast in bati cooker. As the bati roasts dip into a bowl of ghee. Now crush the churma bolls in mixer to a fine powder. Heat a work put ghee n fry churma for 5 minuts . Off the flame Add almonds cashew chopped powdered suger cardamom powder in it . At the time of serving heat ghee for daal add asafoetide cuminseeds red chilli powder n sprinkle on dal.
