Heat oil add the hing, jeera and mustard seeds. Once they splutter add chopped onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Cook till the onions turn golden around the edges. Add the dry masala like haldi, corriender powder, red chilly powder and salt followed by chopped tomatos. Cook for 2 mins and add cooked dal. Let it boil for 5 mins and add chopped green dhania.
