Blanch methi leaves in the boiling water and refresh with the running cold water .
Heat a butter and oil in a pan . add ginger garlic paste and continue to sauté for a minute more .
Add chopped onions and cook till they are translucent. add methi leaves and sauté.
Add red chilli powder and green peas. cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add amchur powder, cinnamon powder and salt mix well cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Finish with cream. add butter pieces serve hot .
