ABOUT Cashew Raisins Milk Chocolate. RECIPE

These homemade chocolates are easy to make,with a good combo of cashew and raisins.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 500 grams milk chocolate compound ( Morde)
  2. 3 tbsp roasted cashew broken to pieces.
  3. 3 tbsp raisins.
  4. Silicon or plastic chocolate mould.

Instructions

  1. Make fine pieces of the chocolate.
  2. Melt 3/4 of the chocolate using the double boiler method .
  3. When it starts melting stir it with a spoon,till it's melted completely.
  4. Remove add the remaining pieces and stir until melted and smooth.
  5. Take a silicon or plastic mould,spoon the moulds half full.
  6. Place cashew and raisins in each mould equally.
  7. Refill the mould with the melted chocolate.
  8. Pat once or twice for even distribution of the chocolate.
  9. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes.
  10. Remove flip over a plate.
  11. Push the silicon mould to release the chocolate.
  12. Wrap it if you desire with foil wrapper.
  13. Cashew raisins chocolates are ready to munch.
