Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 100 grm dark chocolate chopped
  2. 100 grm Milk chocolate chopped
  3. 2 tbsp Raisins
  4. 3 tbsp Chopped Cashew
  5. For Filling
  6. 3 tbsp Dessicated Coconut
  7. 2 tbsp Milk Powder
  8. 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  9. 2 Tbsp khus Syrup (optional)
  10. 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. First take vessel fill half with water.
  2. Now take dark and milk chocolate in another vessel.
  3. Now switch on the gas and start boiling the water and place the chocolate bowl on the boiling water.
  4. The chocolate vessel should be bigger then the lower vessel.
  5. Stir continuously till the chocolate melt completely.
  6. Now add chopped cashew and raisins,
  7. Now in bowl take dedicated coconut, milk powder, icing sugar, khus syrup, milk & mix it well.
  8. Now take one square plastic container and grease with oil.
  9. Now take half quantity of melted chocolate and spread evenly.
  10. Keep this container in refrigerator for 2 minutes.
  11. After 2 minutes now spread a bounty mixture on chocolate and press it lightly.
  12. Now again cover it with remaining melted chocolate and keep it in refrigerator for 2 minutes.
  13. After 2 minutes unmold the chocolate and cut it in desire shape.
  14. Your Bounty chocolate burfi is ready to eat enjoy.
