It is my innovative dish. Dry fruits are help to our body for skin and hair, this curry taste is very different.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small cup cashew nuts
  2. 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  3. 2 tbsp Raisins
  4. 1 tsp garam masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  8. 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  9. 1 tso red Chilli powder
  10. 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander leaves
  11. 1 tomato purée
  12. 1 chopped onion
  13. 2 dry red chilli
  14. As needed oil/butter
  15. 2 tbsp cream
  16. 8- 10 Garlic cloves
  17. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  18. 2 tbsp full fat milk

Instructions

  1. First take the pan roast the cashew nuts, almond and raisins keep it aside
  2. Now in kadai add 4 spoon oil, or butter , then add onion, crushed ginger garlic, fry until colour changes.
  3. Add all masala powder ingredients saute well. Then add finely chopped tomato cook until soft and mushy. Tomato leaving the oil in sides of the pan.
  4. Grind all the fried cashew, raisins and all ingredients to smooth paste while as it's cool down.
  5. Heat clarified butter in wok. Add the above paste to it. Cook for 15 mins then add 1/2 cup warm water and 2 tbsp full fat milk. cook until thick gravy consistency.
  6. Now off the flame add chopped coriander leaves, and some cashew nuts on it for garnish. Serve hot...
