Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Grated fresh coconut 1/2 cup
  2. Semolina 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Clarified butter 2 spoon
  5. Rose syrup 4 spoon
  6. Some cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add semolina & Clarified butter
  2. Roast lightly & replace to a plate
  3. In same pan add grated coconut roast till the moisture absorbs & replace it in anathor plate
  4. Add sugar & 1/4 cup water in a pan for making sugar syrup
  5. Also add rose syrup & cook it
  6. When the sugar syrup became sticky add fried semolina to it & cook for 5 miniutes
  7. Then add roasted coconut in it & cook for 2 minutes
  8. Grease a plate with butter & replace the coconut semolina mix to the plate
  9. Spread the mixture in the plate & let it cool
  10. When it cool down cut into pieces like burfi & press cashew nuts in the middle
  11. Then serve & taste
