Coconut rose barfi with Gulkand filling

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dessicated Coconut - 100 gms
  2. Sugar - 100 gms
  3. Milk powder - 2 tbspn
  4. Milk - 2 tbspn
  5. Gulkand - 4 tbspn
  6. Rose petals - 20 gms

Instructions

  1. In mixer grind sugar along with rose petals.
  2. In pan mix all other ingredients except gulkand.
  3. Cook on slow to medium flame flame till mixture becomes thick and starts leaving pan.
  4. In steel rectangular tiffin or plate spread half of the mixture and then gulkand and again coconut mixture.
  5. Keep in fridge for 10-15 to set it.
  6. Take out and cut into pieces
