Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 250 gm
  2. Chopped onion 2
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tbs
  4. Spices :
  5. Oil 4 tbs
  6. Ginger garlic paste
  7. Coriandar leaves 1 cup
  8. Roasted onion 3
  9. Roasted green chilli 7
  10. Mint leaves 1 cup
  11. Yogurt 1 cup
  12. Jeera powder 2 tbs
  13. Curry leaves 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a pressure cooker put chopped onion add washed mutton
  2. Then add termuric powder and salt and let it for two whistle after that check mutton it is hard then put on gas and let it 1 whistle again.
  3. Get all the spices in a mixer grinder exept oil . Make a fine paste add some water if required.
  4. In a pan add oil then add fine paste of spices and cook it till oil separates
  5. After that add mutton then add 200ml of water and put it on low flame for 15 minutes
  6. Check the consistancy of korma then add some water if you required other wise it is ready to serve.
  7. Serve it with tandoori roti or jeera rice
