In mixing bowl mix all ingredients of gatta, make a soft dough
On other hand keep water in pan to boil
Take the dough, give a cylindrical shape , put it in boiling water
Remove after 5 min, cut them into pieces
For gravy:
In pan put oil, jeera when it crackles add onion, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, saute it
Now add tomatoes, dry masala, water and saute till it leaves oil
Add palak puree saute till the raw smell goes,add gatta in it
Cover and cook for 2 min on slow flame. garnish with coriander leaves.
SERVING: 4
