Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wadi urad/ moong dal 6-8 in number
  2. Potato 1 cut into small pieces
  3. Green chilli 4
  4. Coriander leaves a handful
  5. Green peas/ green gram
  6. Cumin seed- 1 tsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry wadis golden brown in oil and keep them aside
  2. Grind green chilli, coriander leaves and green peas in a mixer .
  3. In a cooker add oil then cumin seeds, add green gravy and let it cook for 2-3 minutes add salt to it
  4. Then add wadis potatoes and pressure cook it for 2 whistles and sim for few minutes.
