Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Fresh tender coconut grated 1 cup
  2. For stuffing:::
  3. Jaggery half cup
  4. Semonella half cup
  5. Desi ghee 2 tsp
  6. Kismis 1 tsp
  7. Pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
  8. Kaju peices 1 tsp
  9. Outside coating..:
  10. Purpose flore 2 cups
  11. Food colour saffron 1/4 TSP
  12. Food colour green 1/2 tsp
  13. Pinch salt
  14. pinch baking soda
  15. Oil as deep fri

Instructions

  1. Take a big mouth bowl put all ingrediente as well make doe as saffron colour
  2. Then as same as make doe for green color
  3. Heat pan add ghee put ghee add drifruit pices fri as gold colour
  4. Then add semonella fri it turn s colour add remaining ingrediente
  5. Cook in a medium flame once it combined comes together
  6. Turn off stuffing is ready
  7. Take a doe keep do like role already prepared coconut stuff
  8. Put into the role touch up edges with water for binding
  9. Take another colour means green doe make role cut by straight lines
  10. This lines role is combined with saffron stuffed role look like as double colour
  11. Do as the same process of another insides green out side saffron
  12. Mean while heat oil leave into hot oil fri in medium flame take into tissue paper excess oil absorbed
  13. Then take a plate place Rangoon gujiya garnish with drifruits ready to serve
