ABOUT Mango Sago trifle RECIPE

This recipe is totally my own innovation. Enjoy the sweetness of mango with the unique taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 g Sago (soaked overnight)
  2. 1 small pineapple cake
  3. 2 mangoes
  4. 2 Apples
  5. milk 1 lt
  6. Sugar 4 tspns

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk along with sagoes in a pan.
  2. Let the milk be boiled until it turns thick.
  3. Add sugar in the Sagoes and let it cool.
  4. In the mixer grinder make pulp of mangoes but keep one slice of mango aside for decoration.
  5. Mix the mango pulp in the sago mixture.
  6. Cut an apple from the top and remove the inner part safely with the help of a scoop.
  7. Now cut the removed part of apple into small pieces..
  8. Cut the pineapple cake into small pieces.
  9. Place the hollow apple on a plate and and put the pieces of cake into it. Then put the mango Sago mixture onto it.
  10. Now put the pieces of cut apple on the Mango Sago mixture and cover it with the mixture again.
  11. Finally, decorate it with mango slices, mint leaves and strawberry sauce and serve chilled.
