Potato mixture stuffed in thick chilly and coated with gram flour batter and deep fried

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 green chilli thick bhavnagri
  2. Boiled potatoes 2
  3. Salt ½ spoon
  4. Turmeric powder ¼ spoon
  5. Garam masala ½ spoon
  6. Dried mango powder ¼ spoon
  7. Red chilli powder ¼ spoon
  8. Oil for frying
  9. For outer covering
  10. Gram flour ½ cup
  11. Salt ¼ spoon
  12. Carom seeds ⅛ spoon
  13. Red chilli powder ⅛ spoon
  14. Water

Instructions

  1. Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients except chilli and oil
  2. Slit chilli lengthwise and stuff the potato stuffing tightly
  3. Make a thick batter with ingredients of outer covering
  4. Dip stuffed chilli into batter and coat evenly and thick
  5. Deep fry in hot oil
  6. Cut from middle and serve with sauce
