Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2 medium sized.
  2. Cornflour 2 tbsp.
  3. red chilli powder 1/2 tbsp.
  4. Refined oil 1 cup.
  5. Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup.
  6. Chopped garlic 2 tbsp.
  7. Onion 1 sliced.
  8. Salt as per taste.
  9. Capsicum 1/2 cup.
  10. Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp.
  11. Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
  12. Vinegar 1 tbsp.
  13. Spring onion 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes & cut them diagonally.
  2. Fry the potatoes & keep aside.
  3. Fry garlic & chillies in a pan.
  4. Add onions & capsicum & saute for a while.
  5. Add soya sauce, vinegar & red chilli powder accordingly.
  6. Now add the fried potatoes in it.
  7. Add 3 tbsp water & cook in a low flame for 2 minutes.
  8. Mix 2 tbsp cornflour with 1 cup of water for thick gravy.
  9. Turn off the heat.
  10. Sprinkle green spring onion for garnishing.
  11. Serve as a starter.
