Its monsoon rainy day and my family demands some fritters,samosas,kachoris..so finally made it..and ended up with huge compliment...

Ingredients Serving: 6
Moong sprouts 2 cups
Gram flour 1 cup
Green Chili paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Amchur powder 2 tsp
Fennel seeds powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
salt as per taste
Oil 2 tsp
Refined flour 2 cups
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as require for kneading
Curd 1 cup
Mint chutney 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
Bikaner sev 1 cup for garnishing
Green chilies 5
Oil for frying
Instructions
Heat oil in wok. Add gram flour and saute for 2 min.Now add green chili paste and saute for few seconds. Add coarsely ground moong sprouts and mix well. Saute till moisture evaporates.Now add turmeric,aamchur powder,garam masala,fennel powder,salt and mix well.
Shape mixture into lemon sized balls.Keep it aside. Add refined flour, 1 tbsp oil,salt, water in a bowl and knead semi soft dough. Cover and rest dough for 30 min. Divide dough into equal balls. Roll into thin chapatis. Add moong sports stuffing and seal as shown in picture
Press Kachoris from center and flatten it like puris. Do not press the corners. Deep fry kachoris in oil over medium heat until golden brown
Serve Kachoris hot with curd,mint chutney,tomato ketchup,bikaner sev,fried chilies.
