Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1.Sprouts of moong; moth; desi chana- 2 cups
  2. 2.peanuts- 1/2 cup
  3. 3.chilli green chopped 2 in no.
  4. 4 .two onions chopped
  5. 5 salt to taste
  6. 6 lemon juice of 1 lemon.
  7. 7 oil little 2 tsp
  8. 8 coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the grains till sprouts come out.
  2. 2 in a pan add little oil .ten add chopped onion n chilli.
  3. 3 add spices and sprouts .
  4. 4 Cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. 5 add lemon juice in it .
  6. 6 garnish it with coriander leaves
