Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For the dough:
  2. 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup refined flour
  4. 1/4 cup oats flour
  5. 2 tablespoon oil
  6. Pinch of salt
  7. Water as needed
  8. Oil to deep fry
  9. For the filling
  10. 1 cup green moong sprouts boiled
  11. 1/2 cup boiled and mashed sweet potato
  12. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  15. 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, refined flour & oil. Then add water and knead till a stiff doug
  2. In another bowl, add sprouts, mashed sweet potatoes, salt ,chilli flakes , mixed herbs mix it all together.
  3. Make round shape ball from it and fill mozzarella cheese in center and make it ball from it
  4. Cheesy stuffing balls are ready for stuff..
  5. Scoop out the dough and divide it by rolling and shaping them into kachoris.
  6. Stuff the dough balls with the filling.
  7. Make it kachori shape like this.
  8. Deep fry in a lightly heated oil ..on medium heat..increasing the temperature gradually to get a golden crisp kachori
  9. Serve hot with tomato ketchup .
