Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 carrot slices
  2. 1/2 beetroot slices
  3. 6 french beans cut lengthwise
  4. 1/2 cup moong sprout
  5. 2 tbsp boiled rice
  6. 1 cup methi
  7. 1/2 cup besan
  8. 1/4 cup millet flour
  9. 1/4 cup suji
  10. 1 green chilli paste
  11. 1 tsp ginger paste
  12. 4 chopped garlic cloves
  13. 1/2 tsp salt
  14. 1/2 tsp haldi
  15. 1/2 tsp hing
  16. 1 tbsp kasoori methi
  17. 2 tbspp sour curd
  18. Pinch of baking soda
  19. 1 tsp oil
  20. 1 tsp chaat masala
  21. For tadka---
  22. 2 tsp oil
  23. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  24. 7-8 curry leaves
  25. Green chilly chopped lengthwise
  26. 1 Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Take all flours in a bowl
  2. Add all spices
  3. And add curd
  4. Take moong sprouts and add in it
  5. Now add oil and make soft dough
  6. Then take a plastic sheet
  7. Spread dough with fingers upon it with help of oil
  8. Take rice and spread in center
  9. Then arrange beans, carrot and beet slices
  10. Sprinkle chaat masala on it
  11. Now with help of plastic sheet cover vegetables with dough
  12. Make a roll
  13. Cook in steamer for 15 min
  14. Cool and cut in slices
  15. Make tadka with given ingredients
  16. And temper this healthy muthia
  17. Serve hot with chutney
