Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice soaked
  2. Half cup channa daal soaked
  3. One four cup urad dal soaked
  4. 2tsp oil
  5. 2cup methi leaves chopped
  6. Half cup curd
  7. 2tsp chilli-ginger paste
  8. Onr four tsp baking soda
  9. 3tsp seasme seeds
  10. 1 tsp carrom seeds
  11. Salt
  12. Besan as set consistency
  13. for tempering-
  14. 2tspoil
  15. One and half tsp mustard seeds
  16. One four tsp hing
  17. 2tsp seasme seeds
  18. curry leaves
  19. Half tsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Grind soaked rice
  2. Grind both of dal also.
  3. Now mix all the ingredients together with a bit of water and keep aside for ten min.
  4. Now add besan as required. Batter should thick so mix besan and make it thick.
  5. Make muthiya and put them in steamer steam for 15 -20 min.
  6. Let them cool for five minutes.then cut in small sizes
  7. For tempering, heat oil, add in all the ingredients and temper the muthiyas.
  8. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
