ABOUT Mixed Pulses Jor Garam... RECIPE

A super innovative easy snack from my closet for you all beautiful people out there. It is not only healthy and nutritious but also a perfect tea-time partner in this wonderful season. It also tastes superb and kids will love it for sure. They will not throw any tantrums and you can be rest assured. Serve them this yummy snack after school to relish. Do not over boil the pulses and water should be used accordingly. Use the same water in which they were soaked for best results. Also take enough precautions while boiling and keep the flame on a high. Keep a watch over them and see to it that they are boiled yet firm. Do not make it mushy as this will spoil the taste and texture both. Happy Cooking Guys!
