ABOUT Mango kalakand RECIPE

This is a delicious kalakand made with the infusion of luscious mangoes.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 Cups Mango Puree
  2. 2 1/2 cup shredded paneer
  3. 1 cup shredded milk mawa / khoya or 1 cup milk powder
  4. 1/2 tin condensed milk
  5. Almond pistachios for garnishing
  6. 2tbsp milk+ few strands of saffron ( kesar) optional

Instructions

  1. Heat the mango puree with stirring it continuously.
  2. boil till it thickens a little.
  3. In other pan take milkmaid,milk powder,paneer,
  4. mix well..
  5. put on the low flame stirring continusly..
  6. Add mango puree..
  7. stir it on the low flame..
  8. stir till it thickens.
  9. wen it seprate frm the pan..off d flame..
  10. If u wish to add tha saffron milk mixture den add..othwise its optional.
  11. grease the plate
  12. spread the mango kalakand mixture over it.
  13. garnish it with Almonds pistachios.
  14. cool down it completly..
  15. cut it into square shape..
  16. ur Mango kalakand burfi .is ready for serve...
