This is a delicious curry, with kofts made with paneer and oats in them, to be served with roti or parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 6
Paneer grated 1cup
Oats powder 1cup
Boiled potatoes 1cup
Besan 1/2 cup or as required
Green chili chopped 2
Ginger chopped 2tsp
Salt
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Kasoori methi 2 tsp
Kaju powder 2tbsp
Some dry fruit for filling
Oil for frying
For gravy
Chopped onion 3
Chopped tomato 5
Whole red chilli 2
Kaju half hand full

Sabut masale
Dahi 1 cup full
Sugar 2tsp
Haldi [turmeric powder] 1/2 tsp
Salt
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients of the koftas in a bowl. Now while making the koftas, stuff each one of them with some chopped dry fruits, reshape them and deep fry them in hot oil. Keep aside.
Now heat some oil in a pan. Add onion and saute, then add the tomatoes, cashew nuts and red chilly powder. cook and saute well.
Now once the masala has cooked enough, make a paste of the same.
Now heat some more oil in the pan and add the whole spices in them. Now add the turmeric powder and tomato paste, and saute for few minutes.
Now add some water and required amount of salt.
When this starts boiling, add little sugar and curd. Mix well and cook for few more minutes.
Now add the garam masala powder, the fried koftas and mix well. serve hot.
