Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. White poha 1 cup equals 150 ml
  2. Fresh yogurt 2 tablespoons
  3. Buttermilk to adjust consistency 1/4 cup
  4. Honey generously as preferred ( I used 4 tablespoons)
  5. Walnuts chopped 2 tablespoons
  6. Black raisins 1 tablespoon
  7. Cashews 1 tablespoon
  8. Ghee 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Firstly , sieve poha to ensure there are no impurities .
  2. Rinse once in clean water . Drain completely . Keep aside .
  3. Take gently whisked yogurt in a bowl .
  4. Add the poha .
  5. Pour buttermilk gradually so that poha soaks .
  6. Let it soak for 5 minutes . keep it covered .
  7. Then add honey .
  8. Toss nuts in a teaspoon of ghee in low heat . Toss till crunchy .
  9. Add the crunchy nuts to the yogurt bowl .
  10. Adjust consistency with buttermilk as preferred.
  11. Drizzle honey and enjoy .
