Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 bowl poha
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 Chopped carrot
  4. 1 bowl peas
  5. 1 bowl chopped tomato
  6. 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Heeng a pinch
  9. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 green chillies

Instructions

  1. Wash Poha keep aside
  2. Add oil now add heeng mustard seeds till it cracks now add onions peas carrots peas fry properly.
  3. Now add tomatoes mix well now add dry spices and Poha ...
  4. Mix all the mixture well ....ready to eat this Poha..
