wash the poha and soak in lil water for 5-10 mins
in a pan heat oil and zeera
then add onion and saute for 1 min
now add carrot,cauliflower and beans to it and cook covered
now after 2 mins add tomatoes,peas,salt,turmeric powder and green chilli and cook for another 2 mins
when tomatoes r well cooked add spring onions and saute
add poha and mix well everything
now add sugar and mix well
add coriander leaves and serve hot
