Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup rice (100 gm, soaked overnight)
  2. 1/4 cup chana dal (50 gm, soaked overnight)
  3. Green peas [matar] 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Water 1/2 cup less 2 tbsp
  5. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped [hara dhaniya]
  6. Green chili 1 finely chopped
  7. Ginger 1/4 tsp grated
  8. Turmeric powder [haldi] 1/4 tsp
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Grind dal and rice The consistency of the batter should be that of dosa
  2. Add matar, namak, haldi, hari mirch, dhaniya, adrak, and mix well Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add a spoonful of batter into the oil. It will spread and fluff. Fry from both the sides and take out.
  4. Do with the remaining batter Dhuska is ready!
