Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices 4.
  2. Grated carrot 1table spoon
  3. Grated cucumber 1table spoon.
  4. Coriander leaves(chopped)1table spoon.
  5. Chopped capsicum 1table spoon .
  6. Chopped tomato 1table spoon .
  7. Hung curd 1cup.
  8. Oil for deep frying 200 ml.
  9. A little water for shaping the shole.
  10. Red chilly powder 1tea spoon
  11. Chat masala 1table spoon.
  12. Cumin powder 1table spoon .

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of breads. and roll by a roller pin .
  2. Keep aside .
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the hung curd .
  4. Put one spoon mixter on a bread slice ,roll and make shapes with the help of water.
  5. Seal the edges properly .
  6. Sholey are ready to fry.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the shole one by one .
  8. Serve with green chutney or sauce of your choice.
