This is a very unique and delicious recipe of a beautiful snack made with curd, to be served for dinner parties or evening tea time.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  2. 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  3. 1/2 cup chopped carrot,
  4. 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup sweet corn,
  6. chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
  7. 2 cup Hung curd
  8. 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  9. 2 tbsp fresh cream
  10. Salt
  11. Black pepper
  12. Bread slices 10
  13. Oil for frying
  14. Some maida and water

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with 2 tsp oil and all the veggies, except the coriander. Stir and cook for 2 minutes on high flame and remove. Keep aside to cool for sometime.
  2. Now take the hung curd, in a mixing bowl. Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp fresh cream to it and mix well. Then add some salt, black pepper powder and coriander. Mix well and then add the cooked veggies. the stuffing is ready.
  3. Now take bread slices and cut sides. Now roll it with rolling pin ..now take some maida and mix some water and make a thick paste...
  4. Now apply the maida paste all over the corners of the bread slices. Now put the stuffing and seal the ends.
  5. Now heat some oil in a wok, fry the rolls on a medium flame in oil. Strain and served hot.
