Fry chicken in chicken fry masala...
Any fry masala can be used
I used ginger garlic paste
Add Red chilli powder, fennel powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala and salt.
marinate chicken and keep it for 20 minutes
Fry it in oil
and shred it
Keep it aside
Tear the parota into small pieces
Put it in pulse in blender once
Keep it aside
now heat oil in a kadai
Add chopped onions
Saute till translucent
Add gg paste
Saute for a minute
Add tomatoes and cook till mushy
Then add all the masala and salt
Add little water
Cook till raw smell vanishes
Add shredded chicken
And then parota
And fry for 5 to 8 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves
