This recipe is my sons favourite, he is very fussy eater. But he loves these dhoklas a lot.These are soft and spongy. And above all a perfect snack for lunch box.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup idli flour
  2. 1 cup sour curd
  3. 1 cup water
  4. Soda bi carb 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ggc paste 1 tsp
  7. 4 tsps oil for tempering
  8. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Aachar masala to sprinkle
  10. Coriander leaves to garnish
  11. Grated fresh coconut.

Instructions

  1. Soak idli flour in curd and little water for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Now add salt ,water,ggc paste,soda bi carb in batter and give a good stir.
  3. Steam for 15 mins on high flame and 5 mins on slow flame.
  4. Temper by heating oil adding mustard seeds.
  5. Sprinkle some aachar masala.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut.
