Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Penne pasta 500 gm
  2. Spirolina 125 gms
  3. Onion 4
  4. Garlic 10-12 cloves
  5. Black pepper coarse 2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Piri piri as per taste
  9. Oregano 1 tsp
  10. Dry basil 1/4 tsp
  11. Thyme 1/4 tsp
  12. Marjoram 1/4 tsp
  13. Rosemary 1/4 tsp
  14. Sage 1/4 tsp
  15. Cheese cheddar grated 1/2 small bowl
  16. Mozerella 1 small bowl
  17. Milk 1/2 litre
  18. Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
  19. Butter 50 gms
  20. Corn 11/2 small bowl

Instructions

  1. Add pasta to boiling water.add salt in it
  2. For every 100 gram pasta add 1 litre of water
  3. Let it boil for 15-20 minutes
  4. In a pan add 2 tbsp wheat flour roast and add butter until both mix together
  5. Grind onion in a mixer
  6. Add milk in a pan it should not be cold and close the gas
  7. Let the mixer thickened up and add all spices and salt
  8. Constantly stir the mixture . consistency should remain like sause
  9. Add onion paste in it
  10. Heat corns with butter salt and red chilli
  11. Add corn to the sause
  12. Add cheese 1/2 bowl each
  13. Garnish 1/2 bowl grated mozzarella cheese
  14. Loved by kids
