ABOUT Mutton Cheesy Alfredo RECIPE

Indo-Continental, this is an easy party dish can be done asap like instant peparation.I used boiled mutton and Alfredo Sauce poured on to this mutton.Grated cheddar cheese on top and enjoy it with french bread or garlic toast and even tandoori roti naan

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 750 grams fresh mutton
  2. 2 onions chopped fine
  3. 1 onion cut into 4 big pieces
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1tspn garam masala ground at home
  6. 1/2 tspn pepper powder
  7. 1 piece star anise
  8. For the Alfredo sauce :
  9. 1 cup milk
  10. 1 cup mutton stock
  11. 1 packet weikfield white pasta sauce
  12. 10-20 grams butter
  13. To garnish and set :
  14. 20 grams / or two tblspn cheddar cheese
  15. Some corriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash clean mutton , add the ginger garlic paste and salt
  2. Marinade and keep aside
  3. Chop onions fine
  4. In a pressure cooker now put the mutton marinade chopped onions
  5. Also add 4 glasses water to keep stock and a big onion randomly chopped into four pieces
  6. Add salt pepper and star anise too
  7. Put to cook 15minutes in pressure cooker
  8. Remove cool and strain stock
  9. Now to make Alfredo pasta sauce:
  10. Heat butter in a pan
  11. Keep ready all ingredients for sauce
  12. Mix the white pasta sauce powder in milk well
  13. As butter heats up, add some stock and mix into this the milk concoction prepared
  14. Cook adding little more mutton stock
  15. Mix and cook well for 4-5 minutes remove the Alfredo sauce in a bowl
  16. Now in a Corning bake dish put the Boiled mutton
  17. Pour the Alfredo sauce ,on the mutton
  18. Lightly mix the sauce and mutton
  19. Now grate cheese over this and heat in microven only before you serve
  20. Serve hot,Garnish optional with some corriander
