Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 6 tbsp butterscitch custard powder
  3. 1/4 tesp salt
  4. 6 tbsp powdered sugar
  5. 6 tbsp soft unsalted butter
  6. 1/2 tesp baking powder
  7. 2 tbsp milk ( if needed to knead the dough).
  8. 1/2 tesp butterscotch essence
  9. Garnishing: 1 1/2 tbsp crushed butterscotch granules .

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the ingredients in a bowl to form a soft dough.
  3. Roll between parchment paper and shape with a cookie cutter.Garnish with crushed butterscotch granules.
  4. Place on lined tray .Bake at 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes .
  5. Remove let cool for 5 minutes ,transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Yummy butterscotch biscuits are ready.
