ABOUT Butterscotch Cupcakes RECIPE

If you love butterscotch,try this soft cupcakes topped with butterscotch nuts.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour.
  2. 3/4 cup brown sugar.
  3. 3 tbsp milk.
  4. 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
  5. 1 tesp baking powder .
  6. 2 Eggs.
  7. Butterscotch essence 1 tesp.
  8. 1/4 tesp salt.
  9. 1 /4 cup butterscotch nuts.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180℃ . Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners.
  2. In a bowl beat butter and sugar with an electric hand beater.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in the all purpose flour,baking powder ,salt and essence.
  5. Add milk and beat to combine well.
  6. Spoon the cupcake liners 1/2 full and sprinkle butterscotch nuts.
  7. Bake at 170 ℃ for 20 to 25 minutes,or a skewer inserted into the cupcake comes out clean.
  8. Remove cool completely,delicious butterscotch cupcakes are ready to serve.
