Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 140 grams Unsalted Butter
  2. 200 gram sugar
  3. 3 Large eggs
  4. 60 gram Fresh cream
  5. 200 grams maida
  6. 1 tsp Baking powder
  7. 1 tsp butterscotch essence
  8. 1 cup whipping cream
  9. 1 Dot of Green food color ( Optional)
  10. Some Butterscotch for topping on cupcake

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 160c.
  2. Prepare the baking cups in muffin tray.
  3. Beat Butter and Sugar till Fluffy.
  4. Add Butter scotch essence and Eggs one at a time beat untill incorporate with butter.
  5. Now add Maida and Baking powder and fold gently.
  6. Use an ice cream scoop to distribute the cupcakes evenly.Fill batter upto only 2/3rd of the cups to avoid overflow.
  7. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Chill the cupcakes before you decorate.
  9. In a deep bowl add whipping cream and a dot of green color.Beat till stiff peaks.
  10. You can place whipped cream into a piping bag with your favorite piping tip and pipe a swirl.
  11. Place a Butterscotch on top of each cupcake to enhance the taste.
