  4. Oil for deep fry
  5. Soaked moong Dal 1/4 cup
  6. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1-2
  8. Butter 2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Amchoor 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil 2 tsp
  13. Gram flour 3 tsp
  14. Garam masala 1 tsp
  15. Soaked moviday 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. 2-3 SPOONS SOOJI RAVA,3 TSP BUTTER, SALT TO TASTE
  2. 1 CUP MAIDA
  3. ADD SALT
  4. ADD BUTTER
  5. ADD SOOJI
  6. MIX WELL
  7. ADD WATER
  8. KNEAD SLIGHTLY
  9. MAKE A SOFT DOUGH
  10. IN A PAN ADD JEERA, MUSTARD AND GREEN CHILLI AND LET THEM SPLATTER
  11. ADD CORIANDER POWDER
  12. ADD GARAM MASALA
  13. SALT AND RED. CHILLI POWDER AND MIX WELL
  14. ADD GRAM FLOUR AND FRY UNTIL IT IS AROMATIC
  15. ADD SOAKED MOONG DAL
  16. MIX WELL
  17. TRANSFER INTO A BOWL
  18. MAKE KACHORI BY KEEPING STUFFING
  19. ROLL IT WITH ROLLING PIN
  20. DEEP FRY THEM IN MEDIUM HOT OIL
  21. FRY UNTIL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN
