Wash and clean urad dal and soak in water for 30minutes.
Drain and wash the dal again.
Take a pan and add salt, turmeric powder and water and boil it until soft.
Strain to remove any excess water.
Take a pan and add heeng, fennel seeds and cumin seeds and saute and then add all the masalas and cook.
Add the dal and mix in well.
Now add besan and cook well until besan turns brownish.
Allow the mixture to cool completely.
Now prepare the dough with the dough ingredients.
Now take a deep frying vessel and put oil and let it heat.
Take out balls from the dough and flatten them and stuff with the dal stuffing and give them Kachori shape.
Now deep fry the pieces on slow flame until crispy and brownish.
It's done enjoy.
