Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Plain flour 2 cup
  2. Soaked moong Dal 1/2cup
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  4. Fennel seeds 1 TSP
  5. Salt 1 tbsp
  6. Raisins 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  8. Amchur powder 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Paneer masala 1 tsp
  11. Crushed ginger
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Water 1 cup
  14. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  15. Gram flour 1 spoon
  16. Hing 1 TSP

Instructions

  1. Take a pan put 1l boil let it boil now add soaked moong Dal n let it boil 5-8min.
  2. Strain it,take a pan add 1 tbsp oil let it heat now add cumin seeds , crushed ginger n dry masalas saute for few seconds.
  3. Now add moong Dal n saute for 2-3 min let it cool completely.
  4. Meanwhile take bowl add plain flour,hot oil ,salt crumble it now add water n make tight dough.
  5. Now take gram flour n dry ingredients mix well now add 1 tbsp oil n crumble it.
  6. Gram flour mixture mix it in moong Dal mixture together.
  7. Take small portion from dough n roll it 2 inch now stuffed mixture n press gently.
  8. Roll it until 1.5-2 inch n deep fry in med flame until kachori become crispy.
  9. It takes 8-10 min in med to low flame.
