Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Rava 1/2 cup
  4. Salt 1/2 cup
  5. Jaggery syrup 1/4 cup
  6. Grated coconut 1 cup
  7. Ghee 4-5 tsp
  8. Jaggery syrup 1 1/2 cup to dip
  9. Badam powder 3 tsp

Instructions

  1. WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP, RICE FLOUR 1/2 CUP
  2. RAVA 1/2 CUP, SALT 1/2 TSP
  3. JAGGERY SYRUP 1/4 CUP, GRATED COCONUT 1 CUP
  4. CRUMBLE WELL
  5. ADD MILK 1/2 CUP, MIX AND KNEAD WELL
  6. ADD 1 TSP OF GHEE
  7. MAKE GOOSEBERRY SIZED BALLS
  8. GREASE GHEE TO ROTI SHEET
  9. PLACE FEW DOUGH BALLS
  10. COVER ANOTHER SHEET AND PRESS THEM SEPARATELY
  11. REMOVE THEM CAREFULLY
  12. HEAT TAVA, GREASE GHEE
  13. PLACE THEM ONE BY ONE
  14. FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN, FLIP OVER THEM
  15. REMOVE AND DIP IN JAGGERY SYRUP FOR TWO MINUTES
  16. REMOVE ON PLATE
  17. SPRINKLE BADAM POWDER AND SERVE
