Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish Fillet 3-4
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  4. cornflour. 2 tspn
  5. all purpose flour. 1 tspn
  6. oil 2 tspn to fry
  7. lemon juice. 1 tspn
  8. red chilli 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut fish fillets in cubes and marinate it with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Let it sit for 10 minutes. In another bowl add cornflour, alet purpose flour , salt, black pepper, red chilli, add water and make a batter not too thick nor thin.
  3. Dip the marinated fish into it and fry it on tawa/ sauce pan.
  4. Plate it with lemon slices, capsicum, radish and serve with green chutney
