  1. Leftover rice shyavige bhath 2 cup
  2. Chopped onion 1 cup
  3. Garlic few
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Rice flour 1/4 cup
  6. Badam chopped 1/4 cup
  7. Red chilli powder optional
  8. Cooking oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER RICE SHYAVIGE BHATH
  2. GARLIC FEW, CHOPPED BADAM 1/4 CUP, CHOPPED ONION 1 CUP
  3. RICE FLOUR 1/4 CUP, SALT TO TASTE
  4. COMBINE WELL
  5. DIP HANDS IN WATER, MAKE LEMON SIZED BALLS AND FLATTEN IT
  6. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  7. LET IT FRY FOR 2 MINUTES IN LOW - MEDIUM FLAME, DO NOT DISTURB
  8. FLIP OVER IT
  9. LET IT FRY ANOTHER SIDE WITHOUT DISTURBING
  10. AFTER FEW MINUTES REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
