ABOUT Spicy And Tangy Chinese Pie RECIPE

An absolutely alluring and delicious chinese pie is made up of Chinese noodles in the filling... i have given a twist to the ordinary pie .. here i have made the top and bottom crust of samosa taste ( outer layer ).. The Noodles are made spicy by using schezuan sauce.. A little cheesey flavour.. In all.. An Absolute party recipe to allure guests.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 11/2 cup
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Oil 2 tbsp
  4. Water as required
  5. For making filling
  6. Oil 2 tbsp
  7. Noodles 1 small packet
  8. Purple Cabbage 1/2 cup
  9. Capsicum 1/2 cup
  10. Carrot 2 tbsp
  11. Onion 1/2 cup
  12. Soya Sauce 1 tsp
  13. Chilli sauce 1 tsp
  14. Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  15. Bkack Pepper 1 tsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Cheese spread 1 tbsp
  18. SCHEZUAN sauce 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. PUT WATER TO BOIL
  2. ADD IN NOODLES
  3. STIR
  4. CHECK IF ITS COOKED
  5. WASH IT UNDER WATER
  6. STRAIN ON A CLOTH SO THAT WATER GETS SOAKED UP
  7. COVER AND KEEP FOR SOMETIME
  8. TAKE 1 1/2 CUP MAIDA.SIEVE IT
  9. ADD IN 1 TSP OF AJWAIN
  10. ADD SALT AS PER TASTE
  11. ADD 2 TBSP GHEE
  12. MIX
  13. ADD WATER
  14. KNEAD THE DOUGH
  15. ROLL
  16. GREASE A PIE PAN WITH BUTTER OR OIL
  17. FIT IN THE ROLLED SHEET INTO PIE PAN
  18. PRESS IT WITH YOUR HAND
  19. PRICK WITH FORK . SO THAT IT DOESN'T RISE
  20. BAKE IT FOR 5 MINUTES IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200℃
  21. VEGGIES REQUIRED
  22. INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAKING NOODLES
  23. PUT 1 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN.SAUTE ONION
  24. MIX IN ALL VEGGIES
  25. MIX IN NOODLES
  26. ADD IN 2 TBSP OF SCHEZUAN CHUTNEY
  27. ADD 1 TSP OF SOYA SAUCE
  28. ADD IN 1 TBSP CHILLI SAUCE
  29. ADD IN CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER
  30. ADD SALT
  31. ADD 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
  32. ADD 1 TBSP OF CHEESE SPREAD
  33. COOL IT
  34. NOW CUT THIN STRIPS
  35. TAKE 3 THIN STRIPS. AND TWIST AS SHOWN
  36. MAKE ALL AND KEEP READY
  37. NOW FILL THE FILLING IN A PIE
  38. AGAIN MAKE EQUAL SIZED STRIPS
  39. ARRANGE THEM
  40. ALTERNATELY PICK UP EACH STRIP AND PUT ON THE OTHER STRIP HORIZONTALLY
  41. SIMILARLY DO ALL
  42. NOW ARRANGE THE EARLIER DESIGNS ON THE PERIPHERY
  43. MAKE A LEAF AND MAKE VEINS ON IT WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE
  44. ARRANGE THE LEAVES ON TOP
  45. PIE READY TO BAKE
  46. PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 180℃ AND BAKE IT FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES.. TILL THE TOP CRUST IS COOKED
  47. BAKED PIE IS READY TO SERVE.
