Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 3 boiled potato
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 5 garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 cup peas
  6. 2 tomatoes
  7. 2 tsp paav bhaaji masala
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 lemon juice
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. 1 tbsp butter
  13. 6 paav buns
  14. Butter for paav
  15. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL
  2. ADD GARLIC
  3. AND ONION AND SAUTE
  4. ADD CHILLI AND TOMATO
  5. COOK IT AND ADD PEAS
  6. NOW ADD SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER AND HALDI AND PAAV BHAAJI MASALA
  7. AND POTATO
  8. MIX ALL OF THEM
  9. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER
  10. AND MIX THEM
  11. ADD LEMON JUICE OUR BHAAJI IS READY
  12. SERVE WITH PAAV
